Booked this trip during some downtime during a 4 day 12U baseball tournament. Capt. Brody was accommodating as far as the schedule. We went out 5pm-9pm and was up front that the water would be a “little rough”. We caught a decent amount of fish and the water eventually calmed down.  Overall, (2) 12 year old boys had a great fishing experience on Lake Erie. Couldn’t be happier, with the trip, the Captain or the experience.

I took my fiancée and her two kids that have never really fished before.  Capt.Brody did an amazing job setting up all the rods and lures and he put us on the fish right away.  He really worked hard to make sure we all caught a lot of fish.  If you’re considering a charter in the area I highly recommend Nite Bite fishing charters to anyone, especially if they’re inexperienced or have kids.

My husband, brother and I went out with Captain Sloppy Joe and caught lots of fish!  The boat was perfect and Joe was a great captain.  He helped us with the fishing and a few other things we were interested in doing while on the water.  I would highly recommend spending a half (or whole!) day with Joe.  We will be coming back when we are in Vermillion again next summer!

This was my first time ever chartering a boat. If I ever do it again it will be back with this Captain. Words of appreciation would fall short on how great he did to make this trip as memorable as possible. If I ever find myself chartering a boat elsewhere, the bar is set extremely high.
