- I have spent my entire life fishing, growing up in a very fishy family. My Great-grandfather was Paul H. Young, a pioneer in the bamboo fly rod manufacturing business. Fishing is in my blood. I spent my 20's and 30's fishing tournaments from Indiana to Northern Mi. I travel frequently to fish and have fished in numerous countries. I have lived in Traverse City my entire life and have fished more water and lakes than most others. My passion is getting people out on the water and catching memories.

- What separates me from other Guides is that I do not offer just a couple options. You tell me what type of fish you'd like to catch, what type of rod you'd like to use, and I will do my best to make that happen. Whether you want to catch a giant King Salmon on my 22' Key West or catch a Northern Pike on a Fly Rod from my 19' Bay Boat, I am your guide.
