Had the chance to fish last fall with some friends and Captain Jordan while doing some inland lake walleye trolling and jigging.  Caught a mixed bag of some largemouth bass, a couple smaller pike and a few very nice walleye!  His boat was very nice, perfect for the three of us - more than enough room for casting/moving around etc.  At the end of the evening we received perfectly cleaned walleye filets and Jordan even recommended a few other places for us to check out in the Traverse City area... Caught many bass, some even over 20”. They hit streamers on sinking line and poppers on floating line. -I had a few pike follow my fly to the boat and had 1 take the streamer. My first pike on a fly rod. -When the sun got higher we switched over to bluegill on small fly rods and had a blast catching them on surface poppers. What a great time!

The weather took a turn on us a couple of hours before the trip and affected the fishing but we worked through it and managed to catch some fish by adjusting to the conditions. The captain worked hard to help us get on some fish using different techniques. Had fun and would use him again.

I booked the trip for my son and grandson.  They had a great time.  When the captain asked if they wanted to try another location or fishing method he followed through.  This has not been our experience with other charters.  We will book again!

Had an absolute riot walleye fishing with Captain Jordan Young of Pursuit Sport Fishing in Traverse City. The boat was streamlined and rigged up with the best quality rods, reels that made the experience even better! He makes it look easy.
