I was genuinely surprised to receive this review, as I personally extended your fishing day to ensure you and your crew had every opportunity for a successful catch.

Your trip took place immediately following a cold front that made fishing challenging: the daytime high dropped by 11 degrees and the nighttime low by 20 degrees. This had the fish tucked up under bushes and docks. Despite the conditions, I worked hard, provided extra time, and successfully put together a good catch. The two nice black Black Drum in these photos caught by your friend and Grandson are just a couple of the photos. We also caught 21 Redfish, 10 Seatrout, 7 Sheepshead, and two other Black Drum on your trip. You even took home some fillets for the dinner table that I cleaned for you.
I am a hands-on guide who is dedicated to client success. When fishing docks, mangroves, and other difficult places to cast, I focused on providing coaching and instruction, including demonstrations of the casting technique. I didn’t treat you like a kid, I simply cast for you in areas where you continually got hung up and handed the rod back to you. This was to help you spend more time catching fish and less time hung up and frustrated. I was not aware this was an issue for you until reading this review.
I take pride in my track record and my commitment to going above and beyond, as evidenced by the bonus time I provided. I appreciate your business, but respectfully disagree that the 3.0/5.0 rating accurately reflects the quality of service and effort I put forth. The fact that you thanked me, shook my hand, and told me you had a good time preplexes me even more.
