In the future always remember it’s customary to tip the mate 20%. Our mate works hard before, during, & after the trip. Always let us know if there is an issue so we can fix it instead of saying you had a great time to us!

As to your request for your fishing trip, you requested red snapper with a variety of other fish, which clearly is what was caught in the picture above, as to your other request using a fighting chair it is not possible at all to use a fighting chair bottom fishing, hopefully in the future this will clarify your expectations.
