Had a fantastic fishing trip out on the Gulf of Mexico with Capt. Corey! 🎣 He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knew exactly how to make the day smooth and successful. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable day on the water. Highly recommend him if you’re planning to fish in the area!

Scheduled a four hour trip with AMI Charters. Actually didn’t realize it went through Fishing Booker but everything still went smoothly. Captain Jamie picked us up at the dock, briefly explained what we could expect for fish as well as how we would fish for them. He took us to multiple spots where we probably caught somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50 fish. Species we caught were trout, mackerel, grouper, grey snapper, pufferfish, mangrove snapper, and pompano. Nothing big but good action. Our captain also took us to a dolphin nursery area where we got to see a family up close. An added bonus was seeing a couple manatees by the gulf. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone looking to catch a good number of fish but at the same time being reasonable about the size because, once again we didn’t catch anything big. Also, four hours was plenty of time to get the full experience.

Booked this 2 Hr fishing trip for teen son and me, and we had a great time. Our Captain, Jeff, was personable and engaging. Jeff knew a lot about the islands and the wildlife, and highlighted several points of interest on our ride out to fish. This trip is great for those who fish often (like my son) and folks who don’t (like me)! We caught several different types of fish and even saw dolphins. We had a great time and would highly recommend this trip and the Captain when visiting the AMI area.

Booked a 6 hour trip. We got on fish right away.  The afternoon bite slowed but we’re still hooking up here and there. Captain Lance was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to keep us catching.  I have 3 younger kids and he was great with them aboard and made them feel like part of the crew.

Our captain Jose was the absolute best!! He took us inshore fishing and my children and I were amazed at the variety of fish we hooked!! My son caught so many and such a variety he even hooked a flounder which was amazing to see in person!! My 9 year old daughter hooked an angel fish which was the most thrilling thing for her since it was her first time ever fishing!! It was also my first time fishing ever and I amazingly hooked quite a few fish for my first time. However the ABSOLUTE greatest was I wrangled and tried to reel in a baby shark but he broke my line and managed to get free. But it was the thrill and adrenaline and such an exhilarating experience!! Our captain was the greatest especially with many of my crew being first timers. He was the most patient and personable man he made sure EVERYONE was having a great time and lines were always baited the most attentive captain!! When they say guaranteed catch it is absolutely true! We reeled in so many that weren’t even on the “list” of fish that they guarantee to be caught. I would say our crew reeled in at least 8 different breeds of fish.. caught about 4 whooping “catfish” which real name escapes me but big catfish!! It seemed as if every time a line was dropped a fish came up on it. And of course it being our first time this mama had to take a bunch of pics and our captain was so cooperative even reminded me to snag pics of our catches before he released them back. He is amazing and made it truly an enjoyable experience for us first timers!! He is knowledgeable and can tell he loves what he does!! Would highly recommend him if you are able to request the captain!! This charter company gets my 5 stars for sure!!
