While on our way back into the the inlet we came across a loggerhead turtle that was having an issue and Captain Austin took the time to call wildlife rescue, that showed me his concern for conservation and that he’s not just out here to make a a buck.  Put us on fish and had a good time even due to weather conditions. Will definitely be booking with Captain Austin again!!!!

Enjoyed the fishing trip we booked. Caught plenty of fish and he even cleaned them for us. Very knowledgeable and personable.

We had a mother and daughter’s first time fishing in the ocean together and we had a lot of fun. Captain Austin stopped to show us a turtle out there swimming,  saw dolphins , sat in comfortable bean bag chairs and saw how the sonar picked up the wrecks in the ocean. He understood that one of my daughters felt queasy and did his best to help her feel better.

First time out with Captain Austin Pryor on the Hillbilly Express October 2023 in Harker’s Island NC. Captain Austin was very knowledgeable about the fishing area, what to target, and bait to use. Extremely well versed navigating the waters, some which were very difficult conditions. Caught a bunch of King Mackerel, Amberjack, False Albacore, Spanish Mackerel, and other species. Already booked the same week again on the Hillbilly!

We caught several fish. Had a great time would highly recommend him!! Definitely going to book with him again on our next trip!!! Was great with the kids they couldn’t wait to come back and tell everyone about the trip.
