- Our captains are passionate about sharing their love for light-tackle bottom fishing. They believe this style of fishing is one of the best ways to catch some of the finest-eating fish in Hawaii. Captain Kevin has been bottom fishing for 10 years and enjoys teaching young kids how to fish. On his days off, you’ll find him fishing for his family and neighbors. He loves to cook and enjoys sharing his recipes with everyone who comes aboard. Captain Kihe was born and raised in Kona and has been fishing in the area since he was a young kid. He has gathered knowledge passed down through 10 generations and loves sharing his passion for Hawaiian culture, including the language, stories of the past, and, of course, the beauty of the islands and the surrounding Moana (ocean).

- Light tackle bottom fishing is a family friendly interactive form of fishing which targets some of the most sought after best eating fish in Hawaii. We spend as much of our time drifting and fishing instead of driving.
