Captain Rick and Hunter (mate) provided a great trip for us. First time in the keys fishing and it did not disappoint. Although it was very windy and the seas were rough they still got us on some fish. Hunter and Rick both worked very hard to get us some dinner. I would recommend this charter. We recently had the most incredible fishing experience. My family and I had an excellent day on the Hound Dawg. Despite overactive sharks, high winds & some heavier swells, Captain Scott had no issue getting us on some fish. We started off the day getting warmed up catching live bait. We then trolled for tuna before chumming for yellowtail, resulting in a shortage in storage space in our freezer! The crew was awesome. Capt. Ricky is a very experienced and hard working fisherman. If there is fish to catch hell get you to them. Bottom line, fishing is an expensive hobby and Ricky is where I’ll choose to spend my money from here on out….every time !!!

On time, ready to fish and caught tuna almost right away. We asked to catch some Mahi-Mahi. After some searching we got on them several different times and caught many.  Friendly helpful Capt and deck hand. Our trip was loaded with excitement not to mention a little sea sickness, rainy/windy weather and catching fish in rainy/stormy weather.  Felt like we were in good hands the whole time and they never gave up looking for fish.
