I’m sorry that you did not have a good experience. We strive to always give our clients the best experience possible. As I explained to you earlier in the morning when I met you, we had some issues with the generator that is out of my control. I also explained to you that bait would be anywhere from $85-$150, give or take. I know you’re more mad about paying
for bait than you are about anything else. You never answered my question if you gave the OK for the guys to take some fillets of fish. You want to claim they’re thieves, but they never stole any money from you and took a couple of fillets of fish for their families. If you wanted the whole fish, all you had to say was, “ I want the whole fish.” That’s not a problem; that’s your fish. You can do what you want. Out of the 4 years that we’ve been doing this and hundreds of plus clients, you’re the first one that wants to make this type of claim and this type of statement. I’m sorry I can’t please everyone. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t what you expected. All we can do is move on and improve.
