This captain was simply awesome. Highly recommend him for your trip.

We did not no what to expect, had never hired a fishing guide before as this was our first saltwater fishing experience. There were 6 of us including 4 children from 7 to 17 years of age. A handful for one guy when all of us had never used deep sea gear. Nonetheless we were put on fish quickly and had a very successful outing. Brett had to work like a mule to keep all of our lines working, but he did so expertly. We were successful and caught a good batch of vermillion snapper. He’s a good hire if you have kids. He has children of his own. He will make the trip safe and fun for them.

What most of these reviews won’t tell you about a person is how hard they really work. Alot of us believe fishing for a living would be a dream job and perhaps it is. But this guy works more than most could imagine to provide for his family. Long hot hours on the ocean, alot behind the scenes before and after your outing, trying to give families like mine a good experience they wouldnt have the means to do on their own. When we make it back to pensacola, without question we will fish with Brett again.

Capt Brett with Bout Time Charters was awesome! He worked hard to make sure our trip was successful!  Called us the day before to touch base and finalize all the plans.  Myself and my 3 sons met Capt Bret at the marina where he was waiting and ready for us to load up and go.  We had fun catching the live bait and he had us on the fish early.  He kept us busy and fishing all day to make sure we filled the coolers!  Capt. Brett was awesome and I would recommend booking with him to anyone!

Captain Brett was the nicest person from the get go, shook our hands and met us at the dock early to get out there! He has the best playlist while you’re on the water too! The fishing is top
Notch too, he works his tail off to get you fish to eat and bring home and then also to hook up and catch monsters! We caught over 50 fish total all different types. He is a very kind and personable person, you can tell he loves what he does and has the best time doing so. Lastly, you can tell he cares as he offered us drinks and cleaned our fish as we had a nice chat at the dock afterwards, if you want the perfect person to show you a good time on the water this is your trip!!!!!
