My group had a great time with Eric and Captain Brody. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left with memories we will never forget. This was a first time trip for the majority of us. Eric and Captain Body did a great job explaining everything and making us feel comfortable. We ended up catching Spanish Mackerel, Trigger, Lizard, Ruby Red, and Vermilion Snapper. Eric cleaned the ones we could keep and we were able to take them to Brotula’s to eat. I would highly recommend chartering with Joyce K Fishing.

We caught a fine catch of Red Snapper and Grouper. Captain Brody has great numbers for hitting the fish. First Mate Bill is one fine deck attendant. Wish we could have kept more fish but regulations on Gag grouper, trigger fish and length at 20 inches kept us at bay. Highly suggest you pick up live bait as this makes a difference immediately. They gad live bait already but wanted to insure we had plenty. God blessed us on this adventure. Art and Jan from Tennessee

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 boys 10yo and 11yo) had a fantastic time on our 6 hour fishing trip with Captain Brody and Deckhand William! The waves were 4-8 feet swells out past the jetty, so we had to stay near shore, but that didn’t stop our fishing fun. We caught our quota of 40 Spanish Mackerel and left with several fish dinners in our future. Brody took us to the right spots while William loaded our hooks and was constantly helping us pull mackerel from the water. We tried for shark, but didn’t luck out with those. Frequent dolphin sightings were exciting as well. Brody and William were very friendly and knowledgeable about the fish and area. We would love to go out again with them someday!

Captain Brody and first mate Eric treated us to an incredible fishing experience.  On a day when all the other boats either cancelled or limited their trips fishing in the harbor, Brody along with Eric took us 20 miles out in angry seas where we were treated with a constant and continuous supply of fish-catching action.  Brody effectively navigated the turbulent water keeping us on the fish while Eric kept our lines loaded with bait, took all the fish off the line put them on ice.  We caught over 100 fish and they sent us home with a lifetime of memories and enough fish to feed our family reunion of 50 people.  Thanks Brody and congrats to Eric on the birth of his new baby coming tomorrow.  Cheers!

We had a great day of mostly non-stop catching fish when our lines were in the water.  Captian Brody and First Mate, Eric worked hard and put us on the fish.  Both men were great with our two boys, very friendly and had good attitudes. We caught a ton of snapper, and trigger fish, with a handful of grouper and other species mixed in.  Eric really did a great job with keeping the lines baited and putting the fish in the cooler after a catch.  Catching two trigger fish or vermillion snapper on one line was a common occurrence, and made things much more enjoyable!

Despite the red snapper and the grouper being out of season, we ended up with a limit of vermillion, which are great table fare.
