We had a great time on the water! Captain Brody and his mate Michael were very friendly and knowledgeable. As an experienced freshwater anglers, we understand off-season fishing can be tough.  We struck out trolling, but when Brody put us on a reef, the bites were nonstop. My wife and I both reeled in plenty of fish and we caught our targeted species.  Nothing huge, but still fun to catch.  Only drawback….once we started bottom fishing, I didn’t have time to drink a beer!  Me wife and I both agreed the trip was worth taking. If we come back, we will book them again.

I cannot recommend them enough. We were trolling for Covid for the first half of the excursion and could not spot any, which is common. But in the past when I have chartered cobia captains we only fish for cobia. Not Havic, while we were cobia fishing we caught so many tuna (great to eat and so much fun to catch). Then the other half of the excursion we bottom fished and they PUT US ON the fish. We limited out and have too much fish to eat tonight.

These guys were great to talk to and we WILL be back.

My group had a great time with Eric and Captain Brody. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left with memories we will never forget. This was a first time trip for the majority of us. Eric and Captain Body did a great job explaining everything and making us feel comfortable. We ended up catching Spanish Mackerel, Trigger, Lizard, Ruby Red, and Vermilion Snapper. Eric cleaned the ones we could keep and we were able to take them to Brotula’s to eat. I would highly recommend chartering with Joyce K Fishing.

We caught a fine catch of Red Snapper and Grouper. Captain Brody has great numbers for hitting the fish. First Mate Bill is one fine deck attendant. Wish we could have kept more fish but regulations on Gag grouper, trigger fish and length at 20 inches kept us at bay. Highly suggest you pick up live bait as this makes a difference immediately. They gad live bait already but wanted to insure we had plenty. God blessed us on this adventure. Art and Jan from Tennessee

My sons and I had an unforgettable experience fishing with the charter boat, King of Kings. From the moment we booked our trip a week in advance to the moment we stepped off the boat with our day’s catch, Captain Brody and his crew exceeded our expectations in every way.

The exceptional guidance on fishing in the deep waters, over 100 feet, meant my sons and I were reeling in fish in no time. Although we didn’t keep an exact count, we estimate we caught around fifty fish, including vermillion snapper and triggerfish, with a few other varieties mixed in. The thrill of reeling in a grouper, even though it was out of season and had to be released, was a highlight of the trip.

The six-hour trip flew by, and by the end, we were happily exhausted from a day full of fun and successful fishing.
