Captain Matthew has lived and fished in Pensacola his whole life. He says he was born to do it, that's why he chose guiding as his career. He started running a professional charter service in order to share his love for the fish and fishing as a sport with other like-minded people. He loves taking novices out on the water and teaching them anything they want to know. This is my 14th season of charter fishing, for the first 6 years I was a deckhand, then I went to captains school and worked for a few companies for just under 2 seasons, then I bought my first boat in 2017 and have been running our family business ever since.
Techniques
Live bait, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, anything you would like to try! If you have something specific in mind please discuss it with your guide before your fishing trip so they can come prepared to fit yours wants/needs!

Sunday the 1st & Monday the 2nd of September 2024 - red snapper season is open! And the season continues on Friday , Saturday & Sundays all the way thru the end of November! Gag Grouper is open Sept 1st - the 15th. Amberjack is open Sept 1st - the end of October. Trigger fish is open until the end of the year. I suggest a 6hr deepsea trip or longer to get on these fish. The longer the trip, the more chance we have to get several of these fish in our coolers. All of these mentioned fish are incredible table fair!! And they all get large in size! Fall weather is usually some of the best weather windows of the year, what I mean by that is the wave heights in the gulf are usually very mild, and also of course the temperature is usually much more bearable than the hot summer months!! We have tons of openings during this time as of right now. So lets get on some awesome fish and make some unforgettable memories with you, your friends & / or families!!!! Red snapper, Mangrove snapper, Vermillion snapper, Cobia, Bonitos, King mackeral, white snapper, file fish, Scamp Grouper & sharks! ? The longer trips ( 8&10hr ) have been producing up to 12 different keepable species, offshore / deepsea fishing is the way to go during the summer months, So much variety! And almost all fish were catching are in season and very good to Eat! We Also do catch and release trips if you would like to do so. I hope you book a trip with us and get in on the action.
