Got out of our comfort zone and booked a trip with Mega Muskies Guide service. We had a fantastic experience and are already planning to book again. Our group had very little experience/knowledge about musky fishing but the guide Dakota did a fantastic job with us. Top notch service and equipment. If you have any reservations about trying something new - I suggest you book a trip, you’ll probably be hooked!

Took my son and niece out for some walleye action. He put us on them and was a kind mentor to the kids as they figured it out. Switched to Muskie and was patient with me. 3 follows and one that got off at the net. My fault as I tried to lift the fish into the net. A few cuss words and kind instruction on my mistake and then back to it. Highly recommended!!!

My son is 12yrs old and loves fishing.  He’s caught pretty much every species of fish in MN, but the elusive Muskie.  Well Dakota saw to it that my son would catch his first Muskie.  Not 30min into the trip, we had a Muskie in the boat.  My son has been bouncing off the walls with excitement ever since.  Dakota knew the lake structure and exactly where to fish.  When it got too hot outside, we took a few hour break and went back out to a different lake where we nailed some nice fish Walleye,... We caught 2 muskies and almost got a third which is great day! Dakota was also very mindful and helpful about weather conditions and fishing techniques.

My grandson and I were able to catch three different fish; Walleye, Smallies and Largemouth Bass. Three different experiences!
