Wow!! Where do we start? Robert was great. Very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and Safety conscious. When we arrived to NYC the weather was not very promising and Robert kept a close eye on the weather and communicated with us the entire time the night before and morning of our trip. At roughly 6:00am he called and let us know that it was unsafe because of very dense fog, but said if we wanted he could keep an eye on it and let us know when the fog lifted and we could go out a little later,... Captain Robert was very accommodating. My sister and her daughter never fish and they loved it. They caught sand sharks, flounder and a Sea Robyn! My daughter caught a sand shark and several flounder. One of the flounder was big enough to keep. I caught flounder, they put up a great fight. If I make it back I would definitely find captain Robert to take us out again!!

Had a great day on the water today fluking. Caught a bunch, though only one keeper, but the boat was super comfortable and we had a blast. It’s an ideal situation for families or groups where some of the people just want to hang out in the sun, since the boat has a lot of comfortable seating. Great day.

Rob was awesome! He made sure we knew what we were doing and honestly seemed more excited about catching fish than we were. He kept moving us to new spots and gave us different gear to try so we had the best shot—and we ended up catching something to take home! We were thinking of checking out other fishing spots, but after today, we’re sticking with Rob. The boat was nice, the water was great, and Rob made it a perfect day out. Can’t wait to go back!

We (two adults and one 5 year old) had the most tremendous day on the water with Captain Robert! My son caught 7 small sharks, a fluke and more robin fish that I could count. The boat was the perfect size—comfortable, meticulously maintained—and kitted out with any kind of beverage you could want. Captain Robert was kind and endlessly patient with all of us.
