We had an incredible time with Big Fin Charters II! Captain Ty made this so much more than just a fishing trip.. it was a true experience from start to finish.

His patience, expertise, and knowledge of the water were outstanding, and he took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and enjoying the day. What really made the trip special was how personable he was. We never felt like we were just another charter; he genuinely interacted with us, answered our questions, shared stories, and made us feel like we were spending the day with a friend.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable fishing adventure, we can’t recommend Big Fin Charters II and Captain Ty enough. We had an amazing time, made wonderful memories, and are already looking forward to booking another trip with him in the future!

It was mine and my husband’s first ocean fishing charter. We had fun catching Spanish mackerel, bluefish, and a great big red fish at the end! I thought it was pretty cool how we got to catch our own bait fish too. The captain was friendly and caring after I got seasick. I’m an avid boater from MN and have spent lots of time on some of our biggest lakes including a fishing charter on lake superior and I’ve never gotten seasick before, but even the calm ocean waters got to me after a few hours! If you’ve never been on a ocean fishing charter before I’d recommend taking the captain’s advice and taking dramamine prior. You don’t want to be seasick and not be able to enjoy eating your fresh catches afterwards like me lol 🥲

Had a great trip this morning with Ty. He was great with the kids and knows his stuff. My twin 8yr old girls had so much fun. Unfortunately my wife took bananas on the boat so until we got them off we only got toadfish. lol. She learned a valuable lession. After that we were rocking. The kids wanted sharks and Ty got us about 10 bonnets. Really fun trip and a great morning. Highly Recommend!!!

We had a great trip, caught 4 King, 3l Cobia. only kept 2 due to 1 being a litle fella, and 1 Baracuda. And 8 more we couldn’t get in the boat because some thing bigger in the water wanted them!  The water was alittle rough with a storm moving in but they did a good job getting us on the fish.  Even cleaned our fish in the rain!  Great trip, would definitely fish with them again!

The Cpt took us out today when I screwed up the date of my reservation. We caught him as he was done for the day and he still took us out a week earlier then I mistakenly reserved. It was a short trip but he got us on some fish. Nothing we could keep but definitely what we wanted to target. Just too big to keep lol. I got sea sick and he quickly transitioned to a calmer spot. This dudes customer service is top notch and I give him 6 stars for his hospitality. I had my dad with me and it meant the world to me for him to experience this. Thanks Cpt.
