Forrest and Jaclyn were fantastic. Not only did they adjust their plan to accommodate us last minute but they put us on fish and made sure we had a great time. Forrest understands that many people’s visit to Alaska is special, so he goes out of his way to accommodate them when other outfits cancel (like the one that canceled the night prior to a trip that was booked for 3 months). He’s the type of guide that truly loves his job and it shows. Highly recommended.

Captain Zach and Deckhand Lars are awesome and they know their stuff. They gave me and my family a great day on the water. Both very patient and kind. We came back with a boat load of fish, saw a whale, sea otters, and saw some beautiful scenery. We definitely will be giving them a call when we come back.

After a rough start heading out, we ended up in a beautiful spot and started pulling them in. We caught Orange Rockfish, Black Rockfish, Monkeyfish, pollock and flounders. We obly kept the Black Rockfish, but catching is always an endorphine boost. The Capt and 1st mate were great, id request them again for sure.

Words can NOT explain how incredible of a trip we had! From the time we got on the Blue Fox with Captain Zach and Deckhand Lars, everything was exceptional and first-rate!! Just wow! In under three hours, we had our limit of rockfish and a king salmon! A big THANK YOU to Forrest and his spectacular crew!

We caught fish from the minute we started until the minute we finished.  Captain Forrest is a true professional and had the bite dialed in despite questionable weather conditions.  I’ve fished all over the world and I must say this trip was one of the best guided trips I’ve ever been on.
