Prior to departure, you were clearly informed that due to wind conditions, live bait fishing would not be possible in January, and an alternative plan of trolling for smaller species was proposed and accepted.

As fishing activity was slow on the day and we completed the full 6-hour trolling trip as agreed, we also added extra value by providing a full tour of the Blue Lagoon, including surrounding caves and coastal highlights, at no additional cost, to enhance the overall experience.

Fishing is always dependent on weather and sea conditions, especially during winter months, and catches can never be guaranteed. The equipment on board was appropriate and functional for the agreed fishing method.

For transparency, we have attached a screenshot of our prior communication confirming that the fishing plan and weather-related limitations were clearly explained and agreed upon in advance.
