We were really lucky with the weather and the fishing that day! Everything was perfectly organized — we went out on a beautiful boat with a great crew, both super friendly and funny. We did bottom fishing half day. We started with jigging, but it didn’t work so Capt switched to the live bait. Live bait works very well. Every time once we dropped the bait the fish bites immediately. Every time after two or three drops the Capt changed the reefs to catch more fish. We got many groupers and snappers.

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Gerry and his wife. As a group of beginners, we felt really well taken care of, they looked after us every step of the way. On their recommendation, we ventured further out than planned, and it was totally worth it! The wahoo were biting, and everyone managed to reel one in. It was such an exciting experience! We had a great time and fulfilled all our wishes. We wanted to fish and fish we did. We caught tuna and red snapper and even a fish called “white captain”. After fishing we went snorkelling. Amazing experience. The crew members payed attention to our wishes, we very friendly and helpful. They really did their best for us to have a wonderful experience. We are very grateful. We had a wonderful day with Billy and Gava. We fished a few nice sized bonitos and have a lovely experienced around Mahé island. We totally recommend it.
