We booked this trip specifically for our son’s 10th birthday & he loved it! Dave was so kind and patient with both of our boys. He helped them with any issues and answered all the questions. We caught a lot of fish in a short time! We even forgot our boys’ life jackets on the boat and didn’t realize it until later in the day, but Dave gladly brought them over 30 minutes to deliver them to us! He was top notch and we would recommend going fishing with him to anyone! Thanks for the great memories!

We had the best time with Dave! He communicated so well prior to the day, met us promptly, and showed us a great time in the Lake!! For beginners this was a fun variety of fishing to try and he was super helpful the entire time- walked us through everything and kept us moving and catching fish! My 12 yr old son had the BEST time as asked if we could come back tomorrow!! lol At the end Dave, cleaned up all our fish for us to take home! I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic charter. Constantly in a position to catch fish, clear communication, and great captain. We were approaching our limit after only 2 hours, Captain David made the decision to move to a spot to target larger fish, we caught a few larger fish, and then moved back to catch our limit still with them to spare. Captain David then let us continue catching and releasing until our full allotted charter duration was reach. We had an absolute blast.

I had originally booked a salmon charter with another company, it was canceled the day before due to weather. I found Dave’s charter and was able to book a inland fishing trip with less than 24 hours notice. Dave knew the lake very well and put our group on the fish in less than 15 minutes on the lake. This was the best fishing trip our family has taken.  Dave was fun, helpful, a great teacher, and patient with the beginners in our group.  We caught so many fish- about 60 bluegill.  He offered to take us to numerous hot spots but we had so much fun in one spot that we stayed for most of our time.  He then took us out on Lake Michigan to see a shipwreck.  What a bonus!  When we came back to the dock he fileted all of our fish as part of his service.  We will definitely book with him again. ...
