  Best first time for the whole family

  My husband and I have fished bay, off shore and deep sea many of times. Today we took our 5 and 8 yo for the first time and had the best experience possible! We got a lovely detailed call the day before our trip and felt very well prepared! Capt. Wayne was so good and patient with the kids! The boat was clean and comfortable and even had a potty for the kids!! He put us on quite a few fish my son lost count! I have already told several of my friends and family with kids about him since going out this morning and will use him again if were ever back in Destin area (which was an easy 25min drive btw)

  First Time Fishing in the Gulf

  4 Hour Trip on March 25, 2026 • 2 adults

  This was our first time going out in a fishing boat in the gulf, we didn’t know what to expect. The weather was not favorable for our booked time, Captain Alexander watched the weather and suggested another time and we planned another trip two days out, but the captain keep watching the weather and found the afternoon the day before would be good wether so we moved the trip up. It was a little choppy but the boat and Captain Wayne handled the waves well. He put us on some good spots where we were catching fish with almost every drop of the line. We had a great afternoon and Captain Wayne was pleasant and very friendly. We would recommend “Just Add Water” to our family and friends.

  Great time and the fish were biting!

  Our family had a great time with Captain Wayne! He was very proactive and accomodating, moving our booked time to avoid some strong wind that would’ve hindered our trip. He was patient and showed us what to do, and the fish were sure biting! We were able to keep enough to get two meals out of it, and Captain Wayne cleaned them for us then they cooked them for us right there at the marina. It was a great afternoon, I’ve been recommending it to everyone since we went!

  captin wayne was amazing for me ajd my son today! he was very accomidating and knowlegable about the area and the fish around us. he kept us on fish the whole time we were out. he was very calm and patient with my 5 year old son. i would reccommed him everytime and we will be back again!

  What a wonderful experience!

  4 Hour Trip on August 8, 2026 • 4 adults

  Our group had a mix of experienced fishers and beginner fishers. It was a more intimate fishing experience, which is what we were aiming for! Saw some wildlife: dolphin and turtle. But also caught a lot of fish; and kept what we could. It was nice that Captain Wayne kept monitoring the fish and moved when we needed to. He was also patient with us, since we had a 2 hour drive (from Alabama) and had some delays. Can't wait for some fish tacos tonight!
