Bountiful Florida Gulf of Mexico waters have so much to offer when it comes to near shore and offshore fishing and Just Add Water Charters specializes in both! Operating out of Niceville, and with only a 15 minute ride to the gulf, you can be at the fishing grounds in no time!  Captain Wayne Alexander has been fishing in this area since 2003 and he can’t wait to share his experience with other passionate anglers.

He invites you to join him aboard his 26’ NauticStar center console that can take up to 4 anglers fishing comfortably. “Just Add Water” is perfect for both near shore and offshore fishing and comes powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha engines, freshwater shower, full head, 2 bait tanks , and an ice-box. There’s no minimum age, so bringing your little ones is a must.

When it comes to offshore game, you’ll be focusing on Grouper, Triggerfish, Red Snapper along with several other Snapper species ,at wrecks and reefs. You could also do some trolling for King Mackerel ,Spanish Mackerel ,and possibly Blackfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi.

Top-notch Quantum ,Shimano and Penn fishing gear and bait will be covered by the charter as well. Live bait can be caught or purchased outside the pass before heading out to the fishing grounds. You can keep your catch, but please keep in mind most saltwater fish have size limits, bag limits, and seasons to keep them.  All of the rules and regulations are there to preserve the future of fishing. Captain Wayne will clean and bag your catch back at the dock.

The captain will supply you with sun lotion, bottled water, and snacks. He is also a trained chef and can advise you on how to prepare your fish, or it can be prepared at L J Schooners Restaurant at the marina for only $9.95 per person (subject to change).
