Sorry you were disappointed.  When I talked with Hank I told him we didn’t have enough time with a 4 hr trip to make the long run to where we been fishing and I did recommend doing a longer trip so we would have better results, however, he decided not to do so.  I’m glad they had a good time and I do know your son had a great time and was a pleasure to fish with.  Thanks for the review. I am sorry you were dissatisfied.  As discussed , sometimes a 4hr dock to dock trip is just not enough time to catch a limit.  It limits us to fishing time,  where we can go and how much we can move around. After a 45min ride out and a 45min ride in we only had 2 1/2 hours of actual fishing time,  not 3 like you stated.  A longer trip, which was recommended,  would have gave us 4 more hrs of fishing time and im sure the results would of been much better.

We discussed the options before the trip.  I did tell you that the walleye fishing was very slow and made the suggestion to Perch fish.  You did agree to that so that why we didn’t target Walleye.  Yes,  the Perch bite turned out to be off that day.  Sorry,  but we can’t magically make them bite.  It’s fishing.  As far as looking for Walleye?  We network with many other boats.  If the Walleye were biting,  we would of switched to them.  It was just a tough day overall on the lake and I’m sorry it happened to you.  As u can see from my reviews,  we don’t have many tough days.
