First off, I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your trip.  As far as being rushed, I called you and recommended going earlier then scheduled because the wind was going to die off and it was going to be extremely hot.  You agreed with no hesitation what so ever.  You are correct as far as booking a 7 hour trip and you are also correct as far as being back after approximately 4 hours.  However you failed to mention that we went in at your request because it got extremely hot and your wife wanted to leave.  You also failed to mention that you both got your limit of Perch plus the captains limit and most of the mates also which means you had 110 perch when YOU decided to go in.  Those are the rest of the facts that you left out. 
  Again, I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations and I hope you will find another service that will suit your needs better then we can.
