I’ve been on a number of charterboats and find out pretty quickly how qualified The captain is.  Do they get live bait is probably one of the main things for me. Capt greg had what i call a “sense of fish”. He certainly knew the waters and had that knowledge that only comes with years of experience   Put us on action pretty quickly. 
Unfortunately my grandson got sick and quit fishing after a couple hrs. 
Fishing rods and equipment were excellent the boat is very old however, mechanically you could tell it was sound.  wives and girlfriends might be a little sensitive to The rustic nature of the boat. Lol.  I personally loved it. 
a little surprised that we had to pay someone to clean the fish. My experience is a captain does it and you tip them for it. That said the fellow that did it did a great job. He was very quick and efficient.

Rather expensive trip for a half a day when add tip and fish cleaning for my grandson and I, but I would book again with captain Greg. 

Plan to go back in February March, timeframe for bass and redfish.

Ignore the goofball who wrote the review back in April, Greg knows what he’s doing. Took 3 HS boys and 2 adults on the half day morning trip and had a blast. Probably caught around 100 smaller to medium sized fish and everyone had a good time. Tried to move a little further out past the bay and didn’t as well but that’s the way it goes. Would absolutely go with Mr Greg again.

It was cold but Captain Greg had some great spots out of the wind were we fought with big sheepshead. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Captain Greg was a very informative person and gave us advice on where to cast.  He placed us on the fish and we caught triple tail, redfish and speckled trout. I would go out with him again

Just listen to Captain Greg.  Had a wonderful time today.  He is really helpful and funny.
