Water was super choppy, couldn’t really find fish. Capt and co-capt were both nice, professional, on-time, no surprise charges.

We spent an excellent fishing day with captain Jorge.  Caught and released 2 sailfish.
My son was happy.

Great experience, very friendly and professional. Had snacks, drinks, and gear ready to go. Definitely recommend.

Caught my first rooster fish in first half hour, one more off the bucket list.

Jorge was not exactly friendly from the beginning; I felt he didn’t want to be there. Plus, every time my son or I asked a question, we were made to feel like dumb tourists (even if we were, there was no need to be rolling your eyes if we asked a noob question). 
At one point, as Jorge steered AWAY from a huge fish-feeding frenzy ahead of us, my son (whose birthday trip this was) asked, “Shouldn’t we go toward the fish? or is that a dumb question?” Jorge replied, “Yes, it is.”  .... what the hell!!!  I didn’t hear about this from my son until after, which is good as I would have been pretty upset if he had said that to my son, who was just overly excited.

The other crew member seemed nice enough.

The biggest issue was the return trip; I have been on many fishing charters and have NEVER been afraid for my and my son’s safety. The sea was very choppy, and Jorge was going ridiculously fast. My son and I sat at the front of the boat and, literally for 40 minutes straight, were waterboarded and thrown around like rag dolls; both our backs were bruised, and we ended up putting trash bags over our heads to try and stop the constant water hitting us at whatever speed he was going.  At any point, I felt the boat would flip over, and as we were not given any life jackets or even told where they were, this was one of the most unpleasant/unsafe experiences of my life.
As it was my son’s birthday, I decided to stay quiet and not make a fuss. But, in the end, I asked my son are you okay? and he looked at me, almost crying, and said, “Please tell him to slow down, Dad.” At that point, I spoke up, and from then on, Jorge was even in a worse mood (he slowed down, almost to a stop, obviously proving a point).

It was simply the worst, most dangerous, and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had fishing. NEVER AGAINN.
