Fished two days in a row with Captain Jorge. Bottom fished for rooster fish and snapper the first day. The rooster fish didn’t cooperate but caught multiple species while fishing, sea bass, yellowtail snapper, Spanish mackerel, and jack crevalle. The second day we trolled offshore. Went 3 for 5 on sailfish, had a blue marlin and wahoo in the teasers. Each trip Jorge and the deckhand were very accommodating, had a great variety of drinks and I would recommend the burrito for lunch.

our brother’s vacation would not have been complete without a day of deep sea fishing. in the middle of the rainy season and with rough seas our captain was able to put us on the fish. So much so that we told him we had more than enough fish for the day. believe me I shopped for WEEKS reading and rereading which guide would suit us best. Captain Jorge is the man for the job even in the worst weather

Excellent communication prior to our trip! We confirmed our target fish and desired outcomes prior to the trip, everything was easy and smooth with Captain Jorge, and he and his mate Enrique delivered! Multiple trophy sized Rooster, Mahi Mahi, and Jack were landed, and he even stayed out over the slotted time so we could land the big one. Great service from great people at a reasonable price.
