We set out to do some Mahi Mahi fishing while on vacation here in Key West. We booked a reservation and we were on our way at 0800 on a Sunday. What a great day of fishing! We landed 6 black groupers, all of them legal size. It was nonstop action through the trip, first 2 casts we landed 2 amberjacks within minutes. Captain Garrett definitely knows what he’s doing. He kept moving us to different spots and put us on fish immediately. We had quite a few fish breaks us off, there were definitely some monster fish down there. We had a great 3/4 day reef and wreck trip with Captain Garrett. We caught plenty of fish for dinner and got to pull on some big Sharks and jacks. Steady action from start to finish!
