Have a few trips under my belt, and Robert is one of the most considerate captains I’ve ever encountered.

First off, he reached out and asked how we wanted to plan our trip, like where we want to start and what we want to catch.

We were looking for trouts and redfish and hooked up on some. Even though we were satisfied with what we caught, he was not and offered a consolation, which we declined for reasons not related to the trip.

Overall fun trip!

Highly recommend Captain Robert for your fishing guide. He is very professional, yet super laid back and easy going.  He was so accommodating when I wanted to spend a few minutes on the way to our fishing spot watching dolphins putting on a show for us. He was very good with my younger kids, and patient with 2 of us who are somewhat inexperienced fishermen. He made sure we were catching fish and cleaned them afterwards for us. He is extremely safe and knowledgeable about the waters he fishes in. I cannot recommend him enough and we will use him again when we are in the area. Thank you Captain Robert for a fabulous day on the water!

We had a great day with Captain Robert as he put us on an Inshore Slam! Snook, Reds and Trout plus a bonus Fluke! Captain Robert was super friendly and accommodating. He called and confirmed our contact information, pickup location and time prior to our trip. My wife and I are avid boaters and fish quite a bit and Captain Robert also ensured our comfortability with both boating and fishing prior to our trip. He was conscientious of our requested target fish, the weather, tides etc. to ensure we had a smooth ride and the best trip possible. He had plenty of rigs set up, so if one went down we were good to go. We caught 4 species and over a dozen fish total, but even if the bite wasn’t on, Captain Robert’s professionalism would have made for a great trip! Highly recommend!

I’ve been on many fishing trips in my past and my trip with Captain Rob may have been the best one yet.

Me and my girlfriend were taking a day trip out to Tampa from Orlando and Captain Rob was very accomodating on our departure time. We arrived 30 minutes after our departure time yet he still honored our full 4 hour trip (even though he didn’t have to).

Captain Rob was a very experienced Captain, he knew where to start, And when to move. He chummed the water and took us to very secluded and scenic fishing spots. I believe we could 10+ snook, couple redfish, catfish, trout, and some others.

Very friendly guy whos passion turned into a business. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had fishing. Would recommend 10/10.

Simply Reel Fishing Charters was amazing, with the knowledge of where the fish was located and how to catch them. I learned a tremendous amount of tricks on fishing in the maingrove along the shore line. Captian Robert is a great boat / water ways person. He come highly recommended in my book of
