I booked a charter with Jason for my father and I on my father’s bday. We both really enjoyed the trip. It was above and beyond our expectations. Jason has very fast response time and easy to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable on best areas to fish on Saginaw Bay. He took us right to the walleye fish we were looking for. Would definitely book again!

We only caught 3 fish but Jason’s effort was great he even went a hour and half longer. Great job

Most other charters have 2 men to do the job that Capt.Jay does! He was constantly working to get us on the fish.  Whether it was changing lures or set-ups, or communicating with other captains, his determination paid off.  We had a wonderful experience on our trip, the awesome fish were a bonus!  Capt. Jay truly enjoys what he does & that makes a difference.  We will definitely be scheduling another trip with The Trophy Hunter of Fish Fly Charters!😊

Our trip started at 2:00 PM with 3 MPH NE wind.  Hot and Humid conditions.  Perfect. Captain Jason’s cheerful mood was contagious and our trip was great fun from start to finish.  At first the bite was slower than Jason expected but he changed up his approach to find out what they wanted.  His determination paid off and we took our limit of walleye home.  Nice fish.  We even landed a 38” old pike.
