Mr Jackson, it’s very upsetting to see you have written a bad review for our charter.

You booked a fishing trip that target pelagic fish by trolling.. It was very unfortunate that we did not catch any fish that afternoon and I do apologize for that. But we have no control over nature and the fish were simply not biting that day. Multiple other charter vessels came in empty-handed also.

Although it was not necessary, I offered you a complimentary 3-hour deep line fishing trip on our next available day. Unfortunately for you it didn’t work with your busy schedule and you could not make it. That’s no one’s fault.

As an avid fisherman I hope you understand.
