I couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water for my son’s 9th Bday.  Captain Chris is a diamond in the rough.  My son is a bit shy and can take time to warm up to new people.  Well it took all of 5min for him to settle in. Captain Chris coached him up from tip to tail- how to lean against the side of boat, how to use rod/reel, how/when to set the hook, how to fight fish and schooled him up on the fish we were targeting. The attached is a video of my son catching his first saltwater fish.  Captain Chris put him on smaller fish to get him comfortable. After a few fish he said it’s time to go after the big boys. We ran a minute or two away to one of his marked fishing holes.  One of many…  Less than 30sec later my son caught his first Red Snapper. Shortly after put me on my first Red Snapper as well.  We had our limit in no time. Captain Chris knows what he’s doing and is an absolute class act.  I chose Cinnsational Fishing Charters because of a previous review I read when planning trip down to Destin. I needed a captain that was good with kids and knew how to communicate/relate with a 9yr old. No need to look any further. Captain Chris is your guy.  The attached picture doesn’t do our trip justice at all.  We had fish on the entire trip.  And would have had a massive grouper on deck if I wouldn’t have choked mid-fight. Edward reminds me everyday that I messed up big time on that one🤣

Captain Chris- I can’t thank you enough for taking care of me and my son.  Edward said that was the best birthday present ever and is absolutely hooked on saltwater fishing. My wife and daughter watched the videos of our trip and said they wish they would have gone.  Looks like we will have a party of 4 coming your way next year(hopefully sooner).

Chris did an awesome job.  It was very very hot!  He worked hard to get us on fish.  I would definitely recommend Chris.

Captain Chris was great from beginning to end! Always had us on fish and was wonderful with our two boys!

Captain Chris put us on the fish and we stayed on the fish from start to finish. He didnt waste no time. If we werent catching fish we moved to a different spot. Got back to dock and another boat with 5 people went on a 5 hour trip and only caught 5 keepers. Need I say more?

The trip was very fun and we caught the most fish we have ever caught in a half day trip. Chris is well versed in navigating the waters and offers tips throughout the trip so you can catch even more fish. I look forward to another trip next year with CPT Chris.
