This is our fourth year shark fishing and the best year is so far from true. Captain Richard went the distance on everything. We always liked to try a new boat and Captain but after this Captain Richard is the only Captain you need on hilton head he made us feel safe and gave us a shark adventure. It was a one year anniversary on the Sunday he took us out and he read our bio and wished us a happy anniversary 🎉 and said he would he would help us catch jaws… lol that was a joke in our bio.... I booked a morning charter for my wife, my two teenage kids (13 & 15), and me.  We stayed in the sound where the water wasn’t so choppy.  Capt. Martinez took us to some channels where we caught croakers, mullet, black drum, red fish, and a small stingray.  In all we probably caught 30 fish.  The Captain was very patient with the kids, very personable, and accommodating.  I would definitely book this charter again.

We decided on an evening trip to be cooler, I definitely recommend. Richard is very knowledgeable, had us catching sharks within about 20 minutes. We had great interaction with a dolphin, and eventually caught some petty food sized sharks. We ended the evening with him taking pics of our group with the sunset in the background. Great time, would go out again, and would recommend!

Booked with Captain Richard after reading great reviews, he did not disappoint! Took a 4 year old and 9 year old with 2 adults, and we all had a chance to catch something. Caught 1 hammerhead, 2 bonnet heads, a bull shark, and a black tip shark. Sizes ranged from 15 inches to over 3 feet. Great time. Would recommend Captain Richard and will be booking with him again next year!
