Bluefin Tuna Catch of the Week!

This week’s highlight was an epic battle resulting in the successful landing of a massive 60 kg Bluefin Tuna! Caught in the warm Maltese waters, the tuna put up a powerful fight but was no match for the skilled angler aboard a Ranieri vessel. The crew reported clear skies, calm seas, and textbook conditions for targeting pelagic giants. The fish was caught using trolling techniques, with deep-diving lures proving to be effective. The size and condition of the tuna reflect the prime fishing season currently underway. ? Congratulations to the angler for an unforgettable catch and a photo that says it all! ?
