Our trip with Eric and Jiggy was amazing! They were accommodating by picking us up from the dock right in front of our resort. After getting gas and bait, we were off! We started off on a really good start and caught many fish. Snapper (yellow and red tail),Jack, and a few others. A few hours in,  we snorkeled. It was a little choppy but still so beautiful! I was too scared to actually get the lobsters, so Izzy did it. :) We caught at least 20 or more.. We fished for a few more hours. We docked near secret beach and listened to music and soaked up Belize while the guys prepared lobster Ceviche for us. It was perfect. They then made dinner on the beach for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. It was definitely worth it. To top it off , they Filleted a few fish for us so we could take it to our restaurant of choose to cook. Thank you again guys! You made us feel at home. See you soon!

Captain Eric and his first mate, Jiggy, made the entire day trip we had reef fishing a nearly perfect experience. We were greeted with a fresh, clean, new boat and we began on a very chill start to the day. Once we put lines in the water we were catching fish, constantly. Eric and Jiggy worked all day to keep our lines busy and keep action coming into the boat. If we ever slowed down in one spot Eric was quick to advice us to move to another spot. We actually caught fish so frequently we decided to stop for a while and go snorkeling as we were interested in seeing a manatee “if at all possible.” They told us no guarantees but low and behold as soon as we got out to snorkel - boom - Manatee! Jiggy was so knowledgeable and helpful in the snorkeling. We also saw the guys the next day as they were hosting their lobster beach lunch for that day’s tour and it smelled and looked simply amazing.

My Wife and I had a great day fishing with Captain Eric and first Mate Jiggy. We have been out fishing with Uprising in the past and highly recommend them for a fun filled adventure in Belize.  The entire day was simply fun.  (Fishing, diving for Conch, beach bbq,)  It was like spending a day with Good Friends!  These guys are also good Samaritans as we actually rescued two people having issues.

Boat was great, Captain Eric and Jiggy are a dynamo duo… we caught snapper, had a visit by a whale shark who, apparently liked us very well because she swam beside our boat for 30 min… then off to catch lobster… fresh catch barbecue lunch..: ended with sunset ride home. It was our best day ever!!

Great day fishing the reef with with Captain Eric, Jiggy, and Little Eric.  Fun day and went home with some nice snapper, trigger and amberjack.  Everyone was great and worked hard to put us on fish.
