- Captain Cody Sutton began fishing on Lake Michigan in 1995 with his dad. In the early 2000's, he began first mating on a local charter boat before getting his Captain's license and captaining a charter boat in South Haven. After years of being a boat captain, he decided to start his own operation in 2016 and founded Code Seeker Charters. Captain Cody is constantly working on new strategies and techniques to keep his customers on the fish. He enjoys taking out families, friends, and new anglers to the sport of Lake Michigan fishing. He is passionate about teaching people and thoroughly enjoys watching people catch fish of a lifetime. Captain Cody has competed in multiple tournaments on Lake Michigan, consistently placing in the top 10 and securing victories along the way.
