    Amazing Fun

    Half Day Trip • 2 adults

    My Adult Son & I went on this charter hoping for the best . We have never used this buisness before and there is always an element of fear when you are not referred , WELL it so far Exceeded our expectations . We limited out and laughed & had an absolutely Amazing time ! Far exeeding all expectations ! We will return & recommend to all our friends ! Captain Donny is Awesome ! Thank you for a great memory for my son & I .

    Half Day Trip • 5 adults

    Captain Donny was fantastic. We had a rough start with the board lines breaking, a friend getting sick, and hardly any bites. However, Donny’s determination wouldn’t allow for our trip to end like that. We moved around the lake a lot and eventually started to catch some walleye, didn’t max out, but caught over 20 fish which was great given how the day started. Highly recommend!

    Thanks guys for the great review and sticking it out on a very rough day on the lake. Hopefully the next time we'll have better water conditions and put a lot more fish on the boat.

    The trip was amazing. My boy and I went and had a great time. The captain was very personable and shared different fishing techniques. Great conversation. He took time to try to catch a steelhead on our way in. Our time was already up, but he really wanted to see if one would bite. It was a long shot, due to the time of year, but he took the time to do it. I appreciated it. Thank you for a great trip. We are planning on another trip for 2026.

    Captain Donny was awesome to work with- very accomodating… and 100% knew his stuff!!! We had an amazing time and caught a ton of fish. Would never use another charter when here. Highest recommendations.

The walleye fishing continues to be on fire in the Geneva State Park area. We been limiting out every trip with fish between 20-24" along with some real hogs mixed in. Come up and get in on the action before it's too late.

Father and son day fishing

I had the pleasure of taking a father and his son out for a adventure they'll never forget. The day started out a little on the choppy side with 2-3' waves out of the northeast but we strapped in and headed north. 15 miles later we set down and started, what I would call, a beat down on some really good quality walleye. The fish didn't cooperate at first but after a move further north the onslaught began. We started out only keeping 20" fish but quickly changed our goal to 23" fish. We probably released 25-30 fish in the 17-20" bracket. 18 jumbo walleye remained in the box anchored by a solid 281/4 fish Ohio caught by a little guy named Henry. Before we limit out we were releasing 25" lake Erie walleye. Definitely a text book day.

Drift fishing

Walleye fishing on lake Erie

The walleye fishing is in full swing now. Limits can be caught trolling and jigging right now. The fish are still in close so there's no long boat ride to the fishing grounds. The drift fishing is what most of my customers are requesting to do. Its very fun and more like your actually fish. We have caught 5 fish Ohio's and numbouis fish in the 25-27" range in the last couple of weeks. The troll bite is going strong too with good limits of 18-21" inchers being caught daliy.
