You'll be dropping lines from a 24' Wellcraft walkaround with room for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

However, Donny’s determination wouldn’t allow for our trip to end like that. We moved around the lake a lot and eventually started to catch some walleye, didn’t max out, but caught over 20 fish which was great given how the day started. Highly recommend!

Half Day Trip on September 8, 2025 • 2 adultsThis was my first experience with a charter fishing boat. Captain Don was absolutely amazing. He made sure we found a day that the waves were not too high. He took us to his favorite hot spots and we caught great walleye. The fish averaged about 22” long. He was very generous about how long it took us to catch the best walleye. This captain is the best I could ever imagine. if I could rate him higher, it would be an absolute 10. i will recommend him to whoever I can. Thanks Don for an AWESOME time.

The trip was amazing. My boy and I went and had a great time. The captain was very personable and shared different fishing techniques. Great conversation. He took time to try to catch a steelhead on our way in. Our time was already up, but he really wanted to see if one would bite. It was a long shot, due to the time of year, but he took the time to do it. I appreciated it. Thank you for a great trip. We are planning on another trip for 2026.
