George was great and very patient and helpful with the kids. Would highly recommend for a kids trip if going!

My 2 boys (13 and 10) and I went for the morning 4 hour trip with Captain George and had a great time.  We wanted to catch a lot of fish but also have a chance to catch some larger fish. Captain George first took us to a spot where we caught a variety of smaller fish and had a great time. The boys had a blast. Then we spent the middle of the trip trying for larger fish and had less luck but also a good time. We did catch 3 or 4 flounder, with my older son catching a good-sized keeper we had for dinner, and they caught 1 or 2 more small ones in addition to the flounder. Then we finished back at the first spot again catching lots of different fish including my older son catching a near Ribbon fish. Captain George was friendly and knowledgeable and great with the boys.  We had an overall very enjoyable time and would highly recommend the trip! Thanks!

Captain George was terrific. He was extremely accommodating to my wife and our 9 year old daughter. Before fishing, he took us out and put us on a pod of dolphins. We got some great pictures.  We caught a variety of species fishing, before moving on to do some clamming. He gave great instructions to a bunch of greenhorns. We caught a ton!  And to top it off we brought home a bushel of crabs. What a blast. Cheers to Captain George! We look forward to booking our next trip.

Great experience.  We are a family of four, mom, dad, and two boys 13 and 16.  It was the boys first time flounder fishing, and it had been 20 years since my wife and I went.  The best thing was George supplied all the bait and tackle in addition to the boat and decades of experience.  No hauling a trunk load of gear and trying to find a bait shop on our trip, saved us precious vacation hours.  Turns out George has teenagers of his own and was well prepared to meet my teens head on.

We booked for a six hour combined activity trip in Indian river, but George said the fish weren’t biting in the river on our day, so we went five miles off the coast.  Caught a bunch of fish.  My 13 year old landed a very nice seven + pound flounder, thing looked like a manhole cover.  We decided to fish for our entire outing, and save the other activities for another day.
