Background
My love for fishing began as soon as I could hold a rod. My dad introduced me to the outdoors at a young age, and I grew up casting for brook trout in the remote Adirondack lakes and chasing bass on the waters of Lake Ontario. As I got older, he introduced me to salmon fishing on the big lake—a moment that changed everything. From that point on, I was hooked. In 2012, I experienced a tremendous personal loss when my dad passed away while fishing for brown trout on Lake Ontario near Henderson Harbor. That day changed my life forever, but it also inspired the name of our business—Never Forgotten Fishing Charters—a tribute to my father and the unforgettable memories we created on the water together. Today, I carry on that legacy. I work full-time as a school resource officer and dedicate weekends during the school year and my summers off to charter fishing. We’re a family-oriented operation, and nothing brings us more joy than sharing the experience of fishing with others. My wife and our three kids love being out on the boat, and we strive to create the same kind of meaningful, lasting memories for our clients that I was lucky enough to have growing up. At Never Forgotten Fishing Charters, it’s not just about catching fish—it’s about connection, tradition, and honoring the ones who came before us.
