The Captain was on time and in the water ready to go. Four of us on the trip are experienced fisherman. Two of us in saltwater and two in freshwater. Captain Ruben stated he couldn’t find any live bait. I can understand that if you in fact gave it any effort to locate any for your paying customers. What he did show up with was frozen ship from a grocery store. In my book that was pathetic. He talks the talk about fishing, but we are not the customers who are new to fishing. ... More

That bait was from the bait shop not from the grocery store! I made it very clear from the beginning that the bait shops did not have live bait. All the bait shops buy live bait from the same boats that bring in the live bait. People buy what the bait shops have available. You don’t go to any bait shop around here and tell them what you wish for. You buy what is available at that time.
