My family and I are from North Carolina and this was our first vacation to Destin Florida. We booked a six hour trip with Dawn Patrol Charters, we were very pleased! This was my youngest daughter age 9, first fishing trip and she was so excited. Phillip was awesome with her and made sure she felt that she was needed throughout the trip. We started out catching our own bait which we had never done on our previous trips. Phillip took the time to explain everything to us. He then took us to spots that he knew were good. As you can see we had some nice catch which Phillip cleaned for us to take home. Can’t wait to book our next trip when we return next time. I highly recommend Dawn Patrol Charters to anyone!

Amazing afternoon of fishing geared toward my 7 year old’s first big fish experience. Rough waters were against us being successful but this outfitter was undeterred. Often we’d get only a couple of casts before we’d have to move the boat back in place. The Captain worked hard and was hands on at all times with my son…which “I think” was the reason my son caught more than me… Having used outfitters sight unseen many times, I can not express in words how hard this outfitter worked to make my son’s (and my own) experience a great day of learning. 5 stars only because this rating doesn’t offer a 6 stars. Price was extremely fair for the professionalism and hard work provided. Looking forward to grilling some red snapper when we get back to Texas. Cheers. We’ll be back!

Great fishing experience even if weather didn’t cooperate. I would still recommend this charter for sure. Great all around guy and he helped my girlfriend with what she needed. Great sense of humor and very outgoing and easy to chat with. Highly likely be booking again in a different month to try to catch the fish seasons better.
