Red fish on fire!!

Lots of red fish cruising the beach right now ideal when the waters are calm the fish are in 2 to 8 ft of water all sight fishing most of the fish are 35 to 45 inches to big to keep but a lot of FUN to catch !!

We are seeing schools of taron every day this is a big game fish when hooked it becomes very acrobatic it is not on common to fight one of the's fish for over an hour or two especially if its over 100 lbs

Red snapper fishing has been red hot since opening day and has not let up any. We have been catching a really good grade of snappers this year. The baits of choice are live cigs and herring.We also have been catching alot of black snappers and a few scamp grouper .We have been catching some really nice gag groupers . The mackerel fishing is on fire also and quite a few sharks in the mix too..

Sight fishing along the the coast line for schools of these big silver kings they are strictly game fish .Once you have hooked into one of these monsters you will never forget it you will shirley want to come back for more!!

Memorial weekend the weather was absolutely gorgeous the fishing was awesome our clients had banner catches of red snappers, mangrove snapper, lane and vermilion snapper, flounder and king mackerel and also landed several sharks and released them . the fishing continues to get hotter as the summer temperatures heat up !!

If your looking for lots of action for you and your kids fishing the grass flats this time of the year is the ticket. We use live bait and light tackel and tossing free baits out as chum seem to attract a variaty of fish such as trout ,redfish , lady fish, bluefish, and spanish mackerel which are really running good right now ! We also have been catching a few big bull reds around the bridges and jetties using live croakers and spots.

I asked for three things. Flounder red fish and snappy. Caught all theee. Snapper was not I season but we caught and release. TJ our captain was a real pro and worked hard for us to have a great experience. Will definitely call him up again next summer. Great time had by all!

Had a great time fishing with Captain Josh. He put us right on top of Mingos, White Snappers, and trigger fish! We even trolled around a bit and caught a King Mackerel. Great trip, good down to Earth guys at Dawn Patrol. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Captain Josh put us on the fish! Got our Red Snapper limit early and even had a little time for some sight Tarpon fishing! Captain Josh was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Dawn Patrol Charters and will be booking again with them!
