It was a great morning out on Saginaw bay with quick limits of some good sized fish‼️ It sure did feel good to be back in the boat after waiting for parts which felt like forever. We fished a new area further north today and the fish were stacked. Flicker minnows and flicker Shad’s above the weeds was the key for us today. Thank you for coming out it was a fun trip. The last couple days have been some amazing fishing on the bay‼️We caught limits in a short order on every trip and the fish have been fired up. I even got to reel in a few for myself. It was another great day out on Saginaw Bay‼️ We started off hot and heavy and then steady picked away at them until we hit our limit at 10am. Lots of fish caught today between the 24 keeper walleye and a couple shorts, catfish, yellow perch, sheepshead and white bass we probably caught over 45 fish. We needed just a little bit more wind to keep the bugs off but they weren’t too bad today. We fished 8-13fow this morning using flicker minnows 7s and jointed flicker shad 7s. The fish sure were snapping this morning with a quick 3man by 8:45‼️ I caught a few for myself reeling rods in after their limit and then we went to try and catch some pike for them but ended up just catching more walleye. We had another great morning on the bay with some steady pickings of some really nice sized fish‼️ We started out on the west side expecting the wind to be ripping but the fish weren’t cooperating and the wind wasn’t as bad as they were calling for so we blasted out to where I have been fishing. The bite wasn’t quite as hot as it’s been but the size of the fish made up for it as we picked away at them. We got back just in time once the wind started with our limit of fish.
