Had a great 2 hour trip this morning with a first time angler who was 6 years old and his dad. He caught Redfish after Redfish until we moved spots to catch Trout and Sheepshead. Back at the dock by 10am with the whole day ahead still!

We took a stroll out the river on a perfect weather morning, cruised out to some nearshore rock piles and brought back fresh fish for dinner. It doesn't get any more relaxing than that!

The hint of a temperature drop had the early morning Redfish fired up! Upper slot and over slot fish deep in the mullet schools made for a great half-day trip. It will only get better as the water cools off. Limited availability so don't hesitate to book! **hidden content**

Speckled Trout Smackdown

Don't let the heat deter you from fishing, the bite is still just as hot as the temperature! Spent the morning drifing the grassy flats of Homosassa Bay catching beautiful speckled sea trout, Mangrove Snapper, Pompano and Grunts. It will only get better as summer comes to an end and the water starts to cool off. Give me a holler to get in on the action!

Within a few minutes we were on fish, my 6-year-old is hooked! Reds, Trout, Lady Fish, and Sheepshead were all served up. John is not only a great Capt but a first responder too! Highly recommend for my local Tampa residents took 18 minutes from my driveway to the boat, thank you John!
