Sassa Fishing Company welcomes you to the stunning waters of Tampa Bay.
These waters are known for Speckled Trout, Snook, Sheepshead, Redfish, Black Drum, Ladyfish, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. For these species, you're likely to spin using light tackle. Capt. John also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your boat for the day is a 24' Young skiff with ample space for 4 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and a hat. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 25% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
