Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your fishing experience did not meet your expectations.
On the day of your trip, we first took you to one of our most productive fishing areas, especially known for barracuda and juvenile tarpon. This spot is normally very consistent, and even our local captain — whose family has fished these waters for generations — was surprised by the lack of activity that day.
When we saw that the fish were not biting, we decided to move to another area to increase your chances. As a last effort to save the day, we even entered the mangroves to try fly-fishing style casting, even though fly fishing is a separate service and not included in this trip. Unfortunately, fly fishing in this region works best early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and combined with the sudden change in weather and increased swell, the conditions were not favorable.
Despite this, we truly did our best to adapt and try different techniques and locations. We appreciate your positive comments about the boat, food, and drinks, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue improving our service.
We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
