    Awesome trip!

    Half Day Trip - 1:00 PM • 2 adults

    Booking was simple! Had a chance to meet Max day before we fished. Got the details for the next day. 4 hour afternoon trip, weather was fantastic. Captain Max guided us through the shallows to some prime fishing spots where we were greeted by some hungry sheepshead. Max’s boat is perfectly suited for this style of fishing. We used custom rods built by Max himself. As a young captain, I was impressed by his local knowledge, demeanor and ability to put us on fish. An all around good guy, when we ended our trip I felt like we became good friends! Thanks to Ryan White of Hatteras Jacks for recommending him to us!

    Family Fishing Trip

    Half Day Trip • 4 adults • 2 children

    We had an absolutely incredible time on our Outer Banks charter with Captain Max! From the very beginning, Max’s communication was top-notch. He was completely upfront and honest about how the intense summer heat was affecting the fish and altering their patterns, which we deeply appreciated. Despite the tough, warm conditions, Max worked tirelessly to put us on the fish. The highlight of the trip, however, was how Captain Max treated my son. My boy had about a thousand questions for him, and Max answered every single one with genuine patience and a smile. He made my son feel like a true part of the crew. We ended up catching some fantastic fish and, more importantly, making memories that our family will cherish forever. If you are looking for an experienced, honest, and incredibly family-friendly Captain in the OBX, look no further than Captain Max. We will definitely be booking with him again!

    such a fun trip!

    three of us went my son and his friend and we each caught one bluefish each! My son also caught a monster stingray maybe 160lb. the whole trip made everyone happy and we all made good memories. perfect for anyone who wants to have a good time. we brought the bluefish home and ate them by frying them in beer batter it was delicious. Captain Max was very freindly and did a good job getting us hooked up with fish. it was very worth it and we recommend it to anyone who is in the area!

    Highly Recommend Captain Max!

    Half Day Trip • 2 adults

    My son and I chartered with Captain Max for a half day.. He was prompt and ready to roll out right on time. We got on the water right away. He got us onto some BlueFish and stingray. The weather wasn't great. Hot and not terribly windy but we we landed some good ones regardless. Max is knowledgeable, friendly and local, so knows his way around the waterways of OBX. I would very much recommend him or book him for or next one. Well done!

    Big results!!!

    Half Day Trip • 2 adults

    Max is a special young man with natural abilities to provide you with a great experience. Max grew up with this sound as his backyard literally. He's more than capable of finding the fish, using instincts and technique. When we went out with him he chose to read the waters, waves, and temperatures to guide us to the best for this day. My wife and I took the half day tour and caught seven total fish. Including a 48" Red drum. We will be repeat customers.
