Booked this charter for July 30th with Dog Bone Charters, this time of year is usually fairly safe for quality and quantity, i’m a fifty plus year experienced salmon fisherman. as our time got closer, I was not pleased with the lack of decent fishing reports over much of the area. But it is called fishing and we would go for it!
We left the dock shortly before 5 AM, and about 30 minutes later we set up in deep water, about half of the 13 rods were set when a steelhead took the first bait, my Grandson Dylan cleaned that up. We had found some baitfish and were marking some larger fish. we steadily picked away on them for the next several hours, totaling 11 nice fish to travel home with us.
My hats off to Greg and his mate Eric, they busted butts to find and catch some very elusive critters that day. This was my first time on a charter boat, i wasn’t sure how i would respond but Greg and I got along fantastic, he allowed me to help when i was needed and we shared each others respect.  I wouldn’t hesitate to go again (with Greg of course) Two Thumbs up!!!

The captain and first mate were great! Caught fish when other boats were struggling. We had a great time.

Had a great time with captain Greg.  They worked hard to get us on the fish and was a very friendly and awesome experience!

Both Captain Greg and First Eric were extremely knowledgable and extraordinary helpful throughout our charter trip. They repositioned the Boat often and changed Lurers often based on thier knowledge of the waters and fish habits.

The results of thier team work resulted in myself and my friend catching 9 very large kings. I will only fish with them in the future due to thier skills.
