Im sorry you feel this way. I offered your money back both days. As far as the trolling motor and not having an anchor, we do have an anchor but theres no way it would have held in those conditions. You also said you were a fisherman and you know things happen. I paid $3100 for that trolling motor and I, too was disappointed. As far as live bait, you cannot buy it at the last minute. You have to give the bait man at least 2 days notice you want live bait. On a 5 hour trip there is not enough time to catch it and fish. I cannot control the weather and in retrospect, even considering I asked you if you wanted to cancel, and you said no, I should have cancelled anyway. Either way I would have been wrong and you wouldn’t have been satisfied. Thank you for your review but most of your complaints had an easy solution. When i told you I would give your money back, all you had to say was that will be good.
