Captain Edlin Leslie Jr. is a 4th generation Placencia fisherman. His love and passion for fishing are a testament to the commitment of the legacy of his dad, grandfather, and great grandfather. When compared to those of his generation, Captain Edlin's experience of the sea is unsurpassed! The captain turned his love of fishing, the thrill of the chase, and his passion for the craft into a career, versatile in the various fishing techniques from deep sea and inner reef fishing, Lobster, couch and crab hunting, to fly fishing and spin casting. He has become widely known for not just fishing but catching. Captain Edlin is the 'born to fish kinda guy', as he loves to tackle bucket lists and loves the thrill of the chase after the big ones. A day with any of his captains is filled with fun, sun and lifelong memories.

Full Day Inner Reef Fly Fishing on February 2, 2026 • 2 adults
Our first trip to Belize was great. The cold weather wasn’t ideal, but we were put on fish everywhere Edlin took us. His local knowledge is second to none. We had shots at snook, tarpon and bonefish. The bonefish bite was hot for a while, the tarpon and snook weren’t as willing, but that’s fishing. The seas were rough and we safely navigated our way out to some beautiful flats and had an absolute blast sight fishing for bones. I was having trouble seeing them and Edlin has eyes like an osprey and taight me what to look for. I lost count of how many we landed.

Amazing Trip!
Full Day Trip – Inner/Outer Reef on December 21, 2025 • 5 adults • 1 child
Capt Edlin and crew were amazing! We headed out to the reef in the morning for some Wahoo and Grouper…unfortunately conditions werent ideal but we got to ride the high seas and it was awesome. We came back over the reef and hit a TON of Barracuda and the entire family caught at least one (12 total) and it was a blast! Weather was perfect and we got to see a lot of the great outer islands along the way. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks for the unforgettable ride!

Full Day Trip – Inner/Outer Reef on January 31, 2026 • 6 adults
We had a wonderful day out on the water with the captain and crew. This was the highlight of our trip and it did not disappoint! The team helped us find where the fish were and we reeled in enough for a wonderful dinner in town (Harbor View fish prep was amazing - highly recommend!) and have a full cooler to make ceviche and bring some frozen fish home with us. I would recommend this charter to anyone interested in catching fish!

Full Day Trip – Inner Reef on January 20, 2026 • 2 adults
We were a group of four, 3 men 1 women all day reef fishing We arrived by 8 Boat was ready to go and We headed out it was sunny and calm . First stop we made for live bait they filled the livewell.We first troll live bait hooked up instantly after everyone had caught fish A buddy called bottom fish we’re biting After a couple of hours of none stop catching we went back on the troll and caught more Overall we got 40 plus fish of 10 different species Capt Edlin was fun and personal and knows how to put you on the Fish

Great Fishing Trip
Half Day Trip – Inner Reef (AM) on March 29, 2026 • 5 adults • 3 children
We caught all kinds of fish!! The captain was very knowledgeable in the area and the islands. on the way back we saw manatees. When we got back to the dock they cleaned the fish and treated us like family.
